Faster laser tattoo removal treatment may get rid of tough tattoos
CBS News and over 50 CBS affiliate stations feature PicoSure
This CBS News piece features fifty five year old Stuart Yellin who regrets his eleven year old tattoo. After 27 treatments and spending nearly $10,000 trying to remove his tattoo with traditional laser technology Stuart says the treatments stopped working.
Stuart then turned to Dr. Gary Lask, director of dermatology surgery at UCLA, for treatments with PicoSure. Dr. Lask says PicoSure is “the first new breakthrough for tattoo treatment in about 20 years” and with just three PicoSure treatments Stuart’s tattoo has begun clearing. This refreshed clearing now gives Stuart hope that with just a few more PicoSure sessions his tattoo will finally be a faded memory.
