PRODUCT SPECIALIST
Job Description:
- To sell medical devices / injectable products for the aesthetic/gynecology/orthopedic markets
- To achieve the assigned product sales quota
- Supports initiatives that ensure product profitability
- Achieve product growth targets in the assigned account base
- Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
- Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame
Qualifications/Skills/Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business-related disciplines such as economics/management/marketing
- A nursing degree or related field is a plus
- 2 years of relevant experience as a Medical Representative
- Preferably with sales experience in one or more of these areas: aesthetic/gynecology/orthopedic
- With good oral and written communication skills
- With strong customer relation skills
PRODUCT MANAGER FOR ORTHOPEDIC PRODUCTS
Job Description:
- Develop and implement a product strategy aligned with the overall objectives
- Engage with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product
- Develop and manage the product budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize product success
- Assess market dynamics to adapt the product strategy as needed
- Perform actual sales to key clients
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Medical/Business course
- At least 5 years of experience selling orthopedic and rehab devices/products
- Deep knowledge and familiarization of the market
- Relevant sales team managing experience
